Are we willing to stop for a few minutes, take a break from our busy schedules and the craziness to just observe what is going on in our minds? I like to take time, perhaps say 10-30 minutes and journal about what is going on. I assure you it’s okay to do this. It’s about just about observing. This is a judgement-free zone. If you allow yourself to take time for this I assure you it will soon become a habit that produces a wonderful time of peaceful communing with your Self. I invite you to give it a try and experience the peaceful observer!
